What: 3rd Annual Survivor Strong 5K Fun Run/Walk

When: Registration @ 7:00 a.m.

Where: 6940 Columbia Gateway Dr.

What: Hoops 4 Hope for a Safer America fundraiser

When: 1 - 5:00 p.m.

Where: Glory Days Grill in Ellicott City, MD.

This event is devoted to increasing awareness on how to respond to domestic terrorism and active assailants. Will take place during the University of Maryland Men’s basketball game, and will include a silent auction, cash bar and complimentary game time appetizers.

NCCSAFE will host it's first ever public safety training in partnership with the HCPLS. At this training, participants will learn protocals for emergency preparedness in the event of an active assailant. This event is open to the public through registration.

What: Response to an Active Assailant Training

When: 7 - 8:30 p.m.

Where: Howard County Public Library, Miller Branch in Ellicott City, MD.

This 5K event marks our 3rd annual race! Runners of all ages are welcome. Attending the race are VIP speakers, vendors, survivors, and food caterers. NCCSAFE is very excited to host what we expect to be our biggest 5K Fun Run/Walk yet!
